四、项目建设条件 中国市场对轮胎的需求量在不断增长中，随着中国汽车市场的井喷式发展，从2002年到2005年四年间，中国轮胎市场一直保持爆发式增长。据统计,2006年，我国轮胎产量达到1.9亿条,同比增长11.4 %，发展速度居全球之冠。轮胎全行业销售收入898.3亿元,同比增长23.4%。2007全年我国轮胎行业仍将以15%的速度增长， 2011年我国轮胎总需求量约3.5亿条。与此相对应的是，欧美轮胎市场徘徊不前甚至倒退，众多轮胎制造企业纷纷削减产能，加大对中国地区的投入，整个国际轮胎产业呈现出十分明显的产业转移趋势。另一方面，繁昌确实具备发展轮胎产业的条件，在化工产业、能源、物流、人才、汽车工业基础方面，有着扎实的基础，区位优势明显。
